General sales conditions

• The maximum possible number of residents staying at the property at the same time is 12.
• Upon reservation, identities of the occupants of the property must be supplied (a police requirement).
• For safety reasons, the property is not recommended for children under 12 years old.
• Rates may be subject to modification without prior warning and do not include local taxes.
